"...Use TeamsOnTour, their personal service is unrivalled. Was the best event I have been to in ages, and I have done a lot of Rugby tours...."
Real teamwork is required for this battle of skill, nerve and gravity. There are no points for first place, this is all about engendering team moral and working together as a unit.
While some team members might well be perfectly happy at extreme heights there will be those that aren’t as comfortable, this is what makes this such a great team activity; while some will learn to conquer their fears and overcome phobias with the help of team mates, others will get huge satisfaction from having made sure they help their team through. Every man counts on this massive course and working as a unit is vital.
Strength, agility, fitness and courage are required every step of the way, but having a good team around you is what can really make the difference. The team will face a variety of challenges depending on the chosen location.
One of the other vital advantages will be team communication as the squad will be encouraged to listen and communicate on a whole new level. And sometimes that level is several storeys above the ground.
Not only will the squad see each other in a new light, some members of your team will also learn things about themselves and as a squad they will see exactly what they are capable of when they really work together.
